How do I place an order?
Ordering is very easy! Simply click the 'Order' button at the top of the page. After agreeing to the terms of purchase, you will be directed to ClickBank's secure payment page. As soon as you purchase, you will be directed to a webpage where you will fill out a questionnaire regarding the specifics of your video order (ie which template you want to use, and what text you would like displayed in your video, etc). If you aren't ready to fill out this questionnaire yet, no hurry, you will have up to 60 days after placing your order to submit this questionnaire to me.
As soon as you submit your questionnaire to me, I will get started on your order, and you can expect to have your custom video ready within 72 hours! I will contact you via email as soon as your video is ready, and will provide you with a link to download your video.
Any tips for writing a compelling text script for my video?
In a word - PRESELL! Meaning... don't focus on the details of your product per se, but focus on the positive BENEFITS that your product or service will provide to your prospect. In other words, tell your prospect how your product or service will make their life better or easier. Keep each text scene in your video short and "to the point", and use plenty of "power" words and phrases that evoke strong emotions.
You could start by defining one or more nagging problems that are common to your target market, and then explain how your product or service is THE solution to those problems. If you don't already have a sales page for your product/service, check out salespages in your niche for similar products and services for inspiration and ideas (pay close attention to headlines, bullet points, power words/phrases, etc).
Where does the content in the videos come from? What about copyrights?
The content used in the videos that I create for you (such as background animations, background music, sound effects, etc) comes from and is copyrighted by professional multimedia production companies. This is royalty-free content, of which I have purchased the rights to use for the purpose of creating derivitave works to be sold commercially by myself. For all practical purposes, the final video is yours, to use however you want!
Are there any types of videos you don't create?
I reserve the right to reject orders which go against my personal ethics, or which I deem indecent or inappropriate. I also reserve the right to reject orders for any reason, or for no reason at all.
Generally speaking, I will not produce videos for products, services, or niches that are not normally considered "family friendly". That would include (but is not limited to) anything related to hate, racism, violence, weapons, extremism, adult or pornographic content, occult / black magic, warez, piracy, gambling, drugs (both presciption and non-prescription), tobacco, pyramid / ponzi schemes, or anything illegal or unlawful.

What is the turn-around time?
72 hours. Most orders will be ready within 24 to 48 hours, but during busier times it may take up to 72 hours.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied with your video, you may request and receive a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Upon refund, your license to use or publicly display the video will be revoked, and our business relationship will end.
Please be aware that if you request a refund and then continue to publicly display the video after you have been refunded, you will be in direct violation of copyright law, and will be subject to legal action, which may include substantial penalties and fines. In other words, just don't do it! ( - ;
How do I embed the video on my website?
The website templates that I provide as a bonus are already perfectly configured and ready to use with your custom video. So if you want to use them, then all you have to do is put the video in the same folder as the website template is in, then upload that folder to your webhost. That's all there is to it!
If you'd like to embed the video into your pre-existing website, on the other hand,
then you will need to use a Flash video webplayer. Among the more popular free options for this are JW Player and Flowplayer. Both are excellent players, and easy to set up and use. And both provide extensive help at their respective websites for installing and configuring the players to meet your exact needs.
Do you do custom video work? Can I give you my own images/music/voiceover/etc to add to my video?
I am not currently accepting custom work (ie creating custom videos from scratch). However, if you would like to make minor modifications to any of the existing template videos (other than the normal text changes), please contact me to discuss pricing.
